By utilzing and using DocUFileShare ('Document File Sharing'), you, the User, signify your agreement to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you may not use the DocUFileShare. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete portions of these terms of use at any time.

DocUFileShare Free Services are available to anyone over the age of 13, in observance of and compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, DocUFileShare Services outside of the Free Services are available to anyone over the age of 18. Accounts for business entities must be created and maintained by an individual capable of and authorized to enter into binding contracts on behalf of the entity. Anyone using DocUFileShare Services must comply with the DocUFileShare Agreement and Privacy Policy. Anyone, including business entities, not in compliance may be removed and banned from the Services without prior notice. DocUFileShare reserves the right to terminate your access to any and/or all parts of the Services at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability. The terms of this Agreement, and Privacy Policy shall survive any termination of your access to the Services.

By using the DocUFileShare service, you agree not to do any of the said following:

1. Distribute, post or otherwise make available or transmit any data, message, text, computer file, or other material that infringes any right of a third party and/or any domestic or international law, rule, or regulation, including but not limited to:

1. copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights;

2. right of privacy or publicity;

3. any confidentiality obligation.

4. Publish or transmit any unlawful,harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or racially or ethnically derogatory content, or any content expressing hate towards any person or groups of persons due to race, religion, color, creed, national origin or sexual orientation.

PLEASE NOTE: Users are requested to log into their account at least once every 30 days to maintain their account on the system.

DocUFileShare is an Online File Sharing Service pursuant to Digital Millennium Copyright Act ('DMCA').

You acknowledge that the Services contains various materials and content, without limitation, the 'Content', provided either by DocUFileShare, third party authors, developers and vendors and the underlying intellectual rights, copyright and trademarks are owned by DocUFileShare and /or its contributors and may not be copied in whole or in part. All Content on the Services is copyrighted as a collective work of DocUFileShare pursuant to applicable copyright law. The DocUFileShare service provides accounts for storing only legal data. If you are reported to have store copyrighted or illegal materials, your account will be deactivated and you will need to perform a bureaucracy procedure to have it activated again.

Though, DocUFileShare doesn't take the obligation to check the account contents, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to audit any materials that are suspected in breaking the DocUFileShare terms of use, remove content, disable or remove the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others or may expose DocUFileShare to civil or criminal liability.

DocUFileShare declines all responsibility for the contents of the materials stored by DocUFileShare users. Each and every user of DocUFileShare is solely responsible for all materials uploaded to his or her account.

You acknowledge that the DocUFileShare Service may contain features enabling users to transmit various types of communications to other Users, and further acknowledge and agree that you shall not use neither the DocUFileShare Service nor any links to shared files or folders on DocUFileShare to engage in spamming and junk mail. So if your messages or comments receive an unreasonable amount of spam/abuse complaints, we reserve the right to deactivate your account.

If your copyrighted or trademarked works are on the DocUFileShare website without your permission, please contact abuse @ DocUFileShare.com describing the work that has been infringed, where it is located on the website, and provide your contact information and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner, or authorized by the owner, of the copyrighted or trademarked work. Illegal files will be removed immediately after notice with sufficient information.

All services in the DocUFileShare site are provided 'As is' and without warranties of any kind. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold DocUFileShare and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys fees, incurred by any DocUFileShare Party in connection with any Content or use of the Services, whether via your password and by any other person, whether or not authorized by you. DocUFileShare reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with DocUFileShare's defense of such claim.

Linking to the Website is permitted provided that you comply with the following rules. You may link to the home page of the Website or to any other page of the Website. However you are not allowed to use in-line linking or framing. You must not imply that DocUFileShare endorses or sponsors the linker or its site, products or services. You must not use our intellectual property including but not limited to trademarks, trade name, copyright without advance written permission from DocUFileShare. Furthermore, you agree to remove the link at any time upon our request.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee without regard to its principles of conflict of laws. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tennessee for any claim or cause of action arising out of, or relating to or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or this Website, provided that such exclusivity does not apply to legal actions initiated or brought by DocUFileShare.

DocUFileShare does not bear any responsibility nor assumes any risks if by any reason a product or a service made available on this Website breaches national law of any state. Those who access this Website do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with their national laws.
